How to have a Victoria Secret model like body for summer?

Its summer again, and I really would like to wear a bikini and feel confident and sexy. Im going to Las Vegas in June and would like to have a as close as possible victoria secret body. Im currently flabby in the stomach with love handles, and in serious need of arm toning. I weigh around 129 and im 5'2. How in the world do those models get bodies like that?! If someone could legitimately help me out that would be amazing!How to have a Victoria Secret model like body for summer?
I can relate :) You have to understand that the models do get some work done on them and makeup is used to cover flaws on their face and even body. Some tend to have unhealthy eating habits. But one thing that will def help you get in shape is cardio because it helps overall fat loss! Find a friend and jog every day and the pounds will melt. Be sure to watch your calories (PLEASE do not undereat!!) For an example, let's say you use about 2000 calories a day. A reduction of 500 calories a day for a week will help you loose a pound. Don't go overboard and try to eat like 1000 calories a day, because that will only slow your metabolism and make you gain more fat. So eat about 1700 calories a day and the jogging will help you loose some calories too! ALSO, working out with some weights (women do not get bulky muscles if they workout with weights - it tones them. Those who look like body-builders do a LOT OF training to get there). If you haven't yet. Fitnessmagazine.com is basically fantastic. They have everything you need to know on it! Even TONS of workouts! 5o crunches day and night wont help you a ton. I would say about 250 2x a day PLUS cardio and other weight training. Crunches alone will only build muscle under all the fat. The workouts on the website really do help a lot! Don't go buy the magazine either. It's a waste of money since everything in the magazine( if not more) is on the website. it's not easy lol. i'm 5'8 and 130 lbs. but eat mostly special kay stuff. like the breakfast bars, cereal, fruit snacks. nd eat yoplait yogurt and get a healthy balanced diet. workout at least 30 mins a day nd at least 5 days a week, if you go to youtube u can find workout videos to help guide u
do about 50 sit ups every morning and night.

you'll get amazing abs, they totally work!
